What types of wedding ceremonies do you offer?

We offer, Traditional ceremonies, Non Traditional, Ceremonies with or without sermons, Non Denominational ceremonies, Christian Traditional, Vow Renewal ceremonies, Commitment ceremonies, and Custom ceremonies.  We are always more than happy to customize any ceremony to fit your needs and make your wedding day as special and memorable as possible.  If you wish to submit a ceremony you've written yourself, please feel free to present it to the minister as soon as possible before the wedding date.

Do you register our marriage with the proper authority?

Yes, we will normally register your marriage with the proper county court clerk within 72 hours, in most cases this is done on the next business day after the wedding. There is also NO extra charge for this service.

Do we need to obtain a "marriage license?"

Yes, it is your responsibility to obtain a marriage license. Please contact your local county court clerk for information on where and how to get one. This document MUST be surrendered to the minister BEFORE the ceremony can take place. In most cases TWO witnesses must be present to sign this certificate and should be done in front of the minister before surrendering the document to him. Usually the two witnesses are the best man and the matron of honor.

What do you do with the marriage license once it it properly signed by our witnesses and surrendered to the minister?

Once the document is properly signed and the minister is satisfied that it is all in order, your wedding will take place. Afterward the minister will take the marriage license to the county court clerk for proper registration. You will not get this document back once it is surrendered to the minister. You will receive a certified copy from the court clerk via mail to verify it has been recorded.

Do you supply a church for our wedding?

We will ONLY perform simple civil ceremonies at our location. A simple civil service is a basic wedding that normally only includes the bride, groom, and two witnesses. We do not supply a church for your wedding. Our minister will perform all weddings at the location of YOUR choosing. IE: church, chapel, parks, outdoor areas, private homes, banquet halls, hotels, clubs, etc.

May we have the minister present for our wedding rehearsal?

Yes, However; there is an extra $25 fee for this service. If no rehearsal is requested of the minister prior to the wedding, please make sure that the minister is informed as to all particulars PRIOR to the wedding ceremony.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your specific wedding date.  Please note that we cannot guarantee your date will be available unless deposits have been received and processed.  If a rehearsal is needed WITH the minister present, the $25 fee must also accompany the deposit. The $50 deposit is deducted from the total fee and is *non-refundable unless the date is canceled by us. (this has never happened to date)

How do we pay for your services?

You must pay the required deposit no less than 10 days prior to the event. This is usually done at the initial meeting with your minister at which time you will also go over the various types and styles of ceremonies to choose from. You will be given ceremonies to choose from and a final decision need not be made at that meeting. You may also elect to pay the entire fee at that time in person. You may pay by cash, check, or money order only. If you elect to pay the final balance within 10 days or less from your wedding, this must be done by cash or money order only. No personal checks will be accepted within 10 days from the wedding date. Will we meet with the minister prior to the wedding?

Yes, you may meet with the minister and may schedule an appointment for him to meet with you in your home at your convenience. He will bring all the necessary information with him to this meeting. Deposits and signed contracts are usually required at that time.
